SpotSee Resources & Documentation
Everything you need to select, implement and get the most out of SpotSee monitoring solutions.
One undetected event — an impact, a cold-chain break, an improper tilt — can mean damaged product, an unprovable claim, and an insurer refusing to pay. SpotSee indicators document what happened irreversibly, reduce disputes with carriers, and make the claims process faster and cheaper than the cost of the lost product.

ShockWatch 2 RFID
Same as the classic ShockWatch 2, but with contactless reading via an RFID reader — useful when you need to check many units quickly without opening each package.
ShockWatch 2
The classic tube indicator, adhered to the package. Widest sensitivity range on this list (5G-75G) — the most versatile and economical option for most shipments.
ShockDot
Compact sticker-style format, faster to apply at high volume. Only covers stronger impacts (25G-100G) — not suitable for fragile loads with a low threshold.
ShockWatch Label
Same specs as ShockDot, in a QR-code label format — adds digital traceability to the visual indicator. Also limited to stronger impacts (25G-100G).
MAG 2000
The only reusable option on this list, and the one covering the softest impacts (0.5G-20G). Ideal for internal test equipment or ultra-sensitive loads, not for single-use shipments.
Industry Use Cases
Every sector has its main risk — see what we apply in each one.
Cold Chain — Pharmaceutical & Food
Medicines, vaccines, biological products and fresh or frozen food require strict temperature control throughout the logistics life cycle. A single undetected thermal event can compromise the efficacy of an entire batch.
Electronics & Components
Semiconductors, servers, medical equipment and precision electronic components are extremely sensitive to shocks and vibrations. An undetected impact during transport can cause latent failures that only appear in use.
Industrial Equipment & Machinery
Turbines, compressors, laboratory equipment and precision industrial machinery must arrive at their destination without having suffered any impact that compromises calibration or structural integrity.
Aerospace & Defence
Aerospace and defence components have extremely stringent handling requirements. Traceability and documentation of every event are mandatory for regulatory compliance and certification processes.
Life Science & Biotechnology
Biological samples, diagnostic reagents, implantable medical devices and clinical trial materials require strictly controlled and documented transport conditions to ensure validity and regulatory compliance.
Why SpotSee
Strong legal evidence
Indicators are irreversible — once activated, the state cannot be tampered with or reversed. This makes them defensible as evidence in claims.
Proven damage reduction
The simple visible presence of an indicator reduces careless handling throughout the logistics chain.
Label customisation
For higher-volume orders, labels can be customised with your company logo.
From simple indicator to IoT
Range spanning single-use visual indicators through to connected solutions with QR, RFID, Bluetooth and cellular.
Accepted by insurers and carriers
SpotSee products are widely used as documented evidence in claims to insurers and carriers.
