The impact indicator anyone in the supply chain can check with a phone — no app, no training — with the reading recorded in the cloud.
How it works

Apply
Stick the indicator on a flat, rigid, clearly visible surface of the package or load.

Activate
Activate it before shipping (it is then ready to measure). Before activation it does not register impacts.

Transit
If the load suffers an impact above the chosen G threshold, the window changes colour irreversibly.

Scan the QR
The recipient scans the code with the phone camera. No app needs to be installed.
- 5
Record
The scan stores the status (activated/tripped), the time, the GPS location of the scan and the serial number in SpotSee Cloud.
Note: GPS shows where and when the code was scanned, not where the impact happened.

Where to mount the indicator
- Lower third of the package/pallet, as close to the edge as possible.
- Avoid the centre of the face: the mounting point should be structurally sound.
- Place the Alert Sticker on the bill of lading to remind the receiver to check the indicator on arrival.

FAQ
Do I need an app to scan the QR?
No. The phone camera is enough.
Does the QR tell me where the load was dropped?
No. It records where and when it was scanned. To locate the event, use GPS recorders (e.g. ShockLog).
Can I buy a few units?
Contact us: supply is made to order, usually in packs of 100 per level.
How is it different from the classic ShockWatch 2?
Same detection principle, with a QR code and digital record of the scans.
