OpsWatch — Vibration and Impact Monitoring for Fixed Equipment and Facilities

Unlike the rest of the SpotSee lines, built for packages and loads in transit, OpsWatch is a vibration and impact recorder aimed at fixed equipment and industrial facilities — machines, structures or production lines where vibration levels need to be monitored continuously over time, not just a single transport event.

It connects over a local network (Ethernet or Wi-Fi, depending on the model) and sends data to the SpotSee Cloud through a connectivity plan contracted for a period (6, 12 or 24 months), letting you check vibration history remotely instead of manually downloading data on site. It's also available in a version certified for explosive atmospheres (OpsWatchEX), for industrial environments with that regulatory requirement.

It's the right choice when the goal isn't confirming whether a shipment arrived intact, but continuously watching the vibration health of a piece of equipment — for example, catching mechanical wear or misalignment early, before it causes a bigger breakdown.
