ShockWatch indicators are visual impact labels that detect when a package or piece of equipment has taken a hit above a defined G-force threshold — for example 25G, 37G or 50G, depending on the model. Once that threshold is exceeded, the central window changes from white to red irreversibly and permanently, visible to anyone handling the package, with no electronic equipment or technical reading required.
They're used mainly in the transport and logistics of fragile goods, electronics, industrial equipment and high-value cargo, where rough handling can cause internal damage that isn't visible at first glance. Attaching a ShockWatch to a package acts as immediate visual proof for the recipient to decide whether to inspect the contents before accepting delivery, and as documented evidence for carrier claims.
The line includes several formats — label, clip, tube, mini-clip — and several detection thresholds, to match the real fragility of each product. Choosing a threshold that's too sensitive causes false positives; choosing one that's not sensitive enough lets real damage go undetected — so it's worth confirming the right value before buying in volume.
Not sure which G-force threshold fits your product? Request a sample or a quote and we'll help you choose the right model based on weight, fragility and shipping route.

How it works

The centre window turns red as soon as the impact exceeds the configured G threshold (example: 50G) — visible to the naked eye, no reader equipment needed.
